Hi! I’m so glad you’re here!

I’ve loved writing forever and have journals, notebooks, and fun pens from as far back as I can remember. As for loving romance, probably longer. So this endeavor just makes sense for me.

You can find me in my car driving my four kids around to activities, laughing with my husband, snuggling my 80-pound pitbull who thinks he’s a lapdog, and enjoying my girlfriends drinking some cocktails on a night in or dancing to late 90s/early 2000s college songs. 

My knees still think they can rock out to Get Low. Spoiler alert: They cannot.

I started on this journey in 2022, when my love of reading reignited. With four kids, most of my personal hobbies took a back seat. But I happened to get sucked into social media book ad, and ended up reading the book. I fell in love with a book series so outside of my normal genre (a shifter romance!) and from there, the spark ignited. Though it would probably be categorized best as a blazing inferno. I read 212 books that year...and 230 the year after that.

Sure wish I would have started a Bookstagram Account back then.

 

Fast forward to June 2024 when I had a knee surgery that had me couch bound for 6 weeks. It was my right knee, so I couldn’t even drive! One thing led to another and I started to jot down ideas, plots, one-liners, things that made me laugh, and pretty soon, a story was forming. 

Then another. 

Then another. 

Now I’m here and feeling more energized and determined 

about a project than I’ve felt in a long time. I never had writing a novel on my BINGO card, but now that I'm in it, it feels like I'm doing what I should have been doing all along. And that is such a remarkable feeling.
